Tendonitis of the iliac crest
The lagonopsis is the most powerful flexor of the hip and consists of the pelvis and the scapula, which attach to the minor trochanter with a common pulmonary tendon. The most common sites of sensation of noise and friction of the lagoon are in the iliac crest and in the minor trochanter.
It is not clear which is created first, the inflammation or the feeling of friction. Patients often complain of pain in the groin and on clinical examination the pain is relieved by bending the hip under resistance. Pain, as well as sound, can also be caused during passive abduction and external hip rotation.
