Iliotibial Band Syndrome

08/09/2019

The symptom of an ocular tibia is a common overactive injury, which is particularly common in long-distance runners.

What factors caused the appearance of the ocular film syndrome?

  1. Rhabogony (the presence of a gap between the knees when the legs are in contact with each other in an upright position)
  2. Pathological attitude of the foot resulting in increased tendency of the oculo-tibial tape
  3. Wrong training and running technique

The main symptom is pain in the outer surface of the knee. Symptoms are aggravated by a knee flexion of 30 °, during which the iliac nape contacts the outer femur.
